Test Lead with performance testing
Job Summary
The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing performance testing activities using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. This role involves ensuring the quality of software applications by conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and analyze a comprehensive suite of performance workloads and system benchmarks using JMeter and Gatling for release readiness.
Collaborate closely with system and application developers to gather non-functional testing requirements and deliver performance fixes and proactive optimizations.
Design, prototype, and evaluate improvements to system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and enhance performance test scripts with strong technical debugging and scripting skills.
Conduct benchmarking, performance analysis, and capacity modeling to support system capacity planning.
Configure and maintain performance testing setups within CI/CD pipelines, including issue investigation and resolution.
Utilize APM tools such as Datadog to identify bottlenecks, pinpoint root causes, and provide actionable performance insights.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
