Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network devices including Access Points, Switches, Routers, ACI Leafs, Meraki devices, Nexus Switches, Wireless Controllers, Load Balancers, ACI APIC Controllers, and ACI Spines.
- Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as Grafana & SolarWinds.
- Evaluate and recommend enterprise-grade Syslog tools to replace Grafana for syslog management.
- Leverage Men & Mice for IP Address Management (IPAM) and ensure accurate IP address assignments.
- Utilize existing toolsets for DNS and DHCP management.
- Perform IOS OEM patching for network devices, covering all major and minor versions.
- Monitor B2B connections and ensure secure and reliable services in DMZ environments.
- Support and manage WAN, SDWAN, LAN, and WIFI networks as part of managed network services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and integration.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Manage and optimize Citrix Load Balancers (NetScaler) to ensure high availability and efficient application delivery.
- Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for network issues across multi-vendor environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network and security best practices and standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for network configuration, processes, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and support audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Experience with Service Now ITSM processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on L3 support.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies including ACI, Meraki, Nexus, and IOS patching.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Grafana, SolarWinds and Men & Mice for IPAM.
- Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, IPAM, (DDI) and Syslog tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
