Job Title: Consultant
Department: Network Data
Location: Onsite - San Diego, CA
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Network Data team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage service delivery, lead a high-performing team, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and the ability to handle technical escalations, audits, and training initiatives. Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
- Manage and monitor SLA/KPI compliance to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Aruba Wireless - ClearPass
- BGP EVPN - VXLAN - Juniper Networks
- F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM)
- Infoblox DDI
- VMware NSX-T
- Proven track record in managing network operations and leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills: - Advanced proficiency in the same technologies listed above. - Experience in enterprise-scale network environments. - Industry certifications (e.g., Aruba, Juniper, F5, VMware) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
