UI/UX Senior Design Lead
Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead in UI/UX Designs will be responsible for leading the design team in creating innovative user experiences and interfaces for digital products. The role involves setting the creative direction, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the ui/ux design team in conceptualizing and developing user centric designs for web and mobile applications.
2. Define the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
3. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences.
5. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
6. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in ui/ux design tools such as adobe creative suite, sketch, figma, etc.
2. Strong understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies.
3. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
4. Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
5. Experience in creating responsive designs for various screen sizes and devices.
6. Solid communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or design thinking principles are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
