Workday ERP Specialist with EIB
Job Summary
The Technical Specialist in Workday (Technical) will be responsible for leveraging Workday Studio and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) to design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Workday platform. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, configuring solutions, and providing technical expertise to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and customize workday integrations using workday studio.
2. Design and build eib interfaces to support data integration needs.
3. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the workday platform.
4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for workday configurations and integrations.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues within workday and propose effective solutions.
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workday solutions with other systems.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in workday studio to develop custom integrations.
2. Experience in creating eib integrations in the workday environment.
3. Sound understanding of workday hcm and related modules.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Certifications: Workday Studio Integration Consultant certification is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
