Workday Lead Technical Consultant with EIB
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply functional expertise and provide best practice guidance to help maximize the client’s investment in Workday
- How to Support of Workday HCM Core, Workday Timetracking, Leave & Absence
- How to Support of Shiftwizard for clinical scheduling and Dormakaba applications
- Provide virtual elbow support.
- Address complex and simple “How to” questions via SNOW, email or telephone as needed.
- Prepare additional tipsheets and training materials including training videos as needed and directed by informatics/project leadership
- Participate as a product expert in office hours and other mechanisms to provide support to the client
- Work will largely be 8-5pm PST. However it is anticipated that hours will need to flex around go live
- Onsite will be require for week prior and week after timetracking go live (subject to change per JMH)
- Any remote work must be US based.
- Learn core capabilities for Shiftwizard and Dormakaba. Provide “how to” guidance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrates initiative in solving complex challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Creativity in building communication and trainings assets
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Must be an effective team player and proficiently work with cross-functional teams
- Completed Workday Time Tracking for Administrators. Certification a plus
- Completed Absence for Administrators. Certification a plus
- Minimum 2 years supporting or implementing Workday timetracking. Customer strongly prefers that experience from US based healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated experience in building tip sheets and training materials and training users
- Experience deploying/supporting Shiftwizard and/or Dormakaba applications at prior organizations a plus
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
