Abhinav Gupta leads the product management and GTM strategy for HCL’s global network business. He is responsible for driving product strategies, differentiation, agile development, product marketing, sales transformation and strategic partner engagements. His role is driven by business objectives such as new revenue stream creation across organic and in-organic business growth. His focus areas include end to end product lifecycle management, portfolio architecture, competitive intelligence, organizational enablement, collaborating with OEMs and multidisciplinary functions such as CoE, vertical sales, marketing and delivery teams. His overall responsibility not only involves driving product revenue, analyst engagements and CXO level conversations but also, elevating brand profile through GTM mix of market positioning, penetration and credibility building strategies.
