Amelia Mosquera-Pardo is a Change and Adoption Lead Consultant at HCL Technologies. She has more than 20 years of international experience in People/Culture Change, Learning & Development (L&D), Communications, and Organisational Development (OD) consulting and facilitation. To date, she has worked with a variety of organisations in the UK, Australia, SE Asia, Pakistan and the Middle East.
Prior to HCL Technologies, Amelia worked with major corporations, such as Serco, BHP Billiton, Downer Group, Chevron and Leighton Group; education and training providers, such as Brunel University or Marr Mooditj Training; Public Sector agencies, such as LB Croydon, or the Western Australian Main Roads and Education and Training Departments; and Third Sector organisations, such as Central & Cecil Housing Trust and the Hills Community Support Group.
She has a proven track record of success in the design, development and project management of high impact people and organisational change and development solutions across a range of industry sectors.
Amelia has delivered major organisational change projects, utilising a range of change management, OD, L&D, stakeholder management, communications and project management methodologies and frameworks, and focusing on people as the key driver to business success.
All these projects have resulted in successful cultural change, effective adoption of new technologies, embedding of new ways of working into business as usual, and measurable enhancements in employee experience, statutory compliance, talent retention, RoI and workplace efficiency.
