Audra Miller has over 15 years of enterprise change management and program delivery experience. A strategic partner – she is known as a leader, problem-solver, advisor and decision-maker with an MBA. She is also PMP, Six Sigma Process Improvement, and Change Management/ADKAR certified.
She brings her credentials to life when architecting and leading change. Audra also spends much of her time advocating for and educating stakeholders on the value of Change Management and considering the overall strategy, providing direction for the client, holding the team accountable, and offering continuity throughout the multiple phases of an engagement.
