Suzanna has over 15 years’ experience in senior roles at HCL and in the Big 4 consultancies, as well as running her own successful Transformation consultancy.  A seasoned change professional, she has led  complex change programs in the retail, utility, and construction industries,  implementing standard operating models into highly fragmented and diverse organisations.
