SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams and IT to assess, implement, or optimize sales tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other technologies to support sales operations and maximize productivity.
- Leads CRM solutions design sessions, conduct demos.
- Ability to create requirments and provide it to the Tech team and do UAT Create as-is and to-be business process, identify gaps and propose solution options that aligns with the business goals.
- Possesses Salesforce platform knowledge as well as various modules such as Sales Cloud, Data cloud, Marketing cloud, etc.
- Ability to translate business to technology and vice-versa.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and present solutions using different visualization tools such as Visio, power point, Mural, etc.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams such as finance, marketing, sales operations, contracts management and IT, connect the dots and identify areas of improvements.
- Work closely with PM, tech leads and business sponsors to ensure the projects are delivered on time with quality.
- Ability to learn newer technologies such as AI, newer capabilities offered by Salesforce, etc. apply them to business strategy leading to PoCs.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence to create test scripts, conduct UAT, etc.
- Assist with Roadmap development. Assist and participate in Steering committee meetings.
