Storage Administrator JD:\\r\\n Candidate should have good exposure to work on NetApp FAS Storage (NAS) and Pure Storage Array (SAN).\\r\\n Candidate should have good exposure to work on NetApp 7-mode & C-DOT.\\r\\n He/ She must have a good work experience on snapmirror, flex group, snapshots, flex volume in NetApp FAS Storage.\\r\\n He/ She must have a good work experience on host, hostgroup, protection group in Pure array.\\r\\n He/ She should have work experience on Brocade switch/director and zoning, BNA.\\r\\n He/ She must have a good work experience on Objects, SLA Domain, Replication, SQL backup, archive location, retention policy/lock.\\r\\n He/ She must have a good work experience to configure backup jobs, backup archive, restore backup infra.\\r\\n Netapp, Pure, Nasuni, Isilon (NFS/SAN/CIFS/Backups)\\r\\n Creating LUN, replication Pure Storage from different sites\\r\\n Storage expansion, backup and creation of production group\\r\\n Work with project team to provide flash SAN storage and Restoration of backup\\r\\n Scripting (Shell, Python) experience is preferred\\r\\n

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
