BUSINESS CHALLENGES
Retalix 10 is the software used by all R10 stores of the customer to track their day to day transactions. Customer’s existing monitoring application supports only the checkout back-office touch points (Legacy POS machines) but not R10 touch points and servers, limiting the level of monitoring and supporting R10 touch points and servers. 
 
THE HCL SOLUTION 
R10 NFR Support Application (also known as “Know your Stores and More…”) is the solution provided by the HCL team to cater to customer’s business requirements. R10 NFR support application is a web-based thin client application, accessed via IE browsers on various desktops computers by the customer’s service staffs. It will be used by the support staffs to proactively monitor R10 touch points and servers across estate.
