https://community.broadcom.com/blogSecurity professionals like you have gone to significant extremes to keep your IAM operations running like a Tesla in ludicrous mode, but we also know there’s always room for improvement. You can take it to the next level by introducing an enterprise grade IAM infrastructure – introducing agility and setting the stage for automation.

My goal is to help you set up a software factory for your world—I’ll do this by summarizing five goals for your enterprise grade identity an access management infrastructure. Goals one, two and three were summarized in previous posts (I’ll provide the links in a future post). A detailed summary of goals four and five are coming soon.

Digitization – A Disruption in the Services Space

The digitization of workspace and operations, technically, dates back to the time when the commercial production of computers started. Keyboards and monitors started replacing pens and papers on the working desks. However, what was initially a value-adding proposition soon became an apparent threat for many as automation became mainstream due to advancements in computing technology. While the digitization of operations did render a substantial fraction of human workforce redundant at the local scale, it also paved the way for globalization of service outsourcing. Even today, the equation between digital innovations and outsourcing services continues to have elements of both opportunity and disruption.

Blockchain Solution to Improve Publisher’s Throughput in the Ad Ops Industry
Ved Parkash Pati - Digital Expert | June 11, 2018
542 Views

Taking a leaf out of “blockchain’s applicability in the music industry” gives us a clear view of how this technology can revolutionize the revenue system in the advertising industry. Being the distributed ledger that it is, a direct relationship between advertisers and publishers can be established. Any advertiser (just like any creator) can simply publish the ad on the ledger with a unique ID and timestamp in a way that it is effectively immutable. This advertisement will contain crucial metadata visible to all the advertisers who, in turn, basis the kind of audience visiting the site will quickly “pick and choose” the ads from the ledger and display it on their websites. For doing so, the advertiser will pay them an incentive per impression or per click (as per the understanding) which will directly flow into the publisher’s kitty without being eaten away by the intermediaries. This transparent system will not only motivate publishers to serve ads judiciously but also assure advertiser community that their money is being spent wisely.
