Patricia Sridhar is a Marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. She is currently Director of Marketing and heads Content and Communications for HCL’s Engineering and R&D Services (ERS) division. She drives high-impact strategic programs to foster closer engagement with ERS customers around DEI and Sustainability.
Patricia is passionate about learning. She loves the rich content and flexibility that online courses offer and makes sure to earmark time for learning in areas that add value and new enthusiasm to her work. She enjoys her volunteer work at HCL.
Patricia has been with HCL since 2007 and has led various marketing functions for HCL’s DPO and ERS business units.
Patricia holds an MBA specializing in Marketing and an MA in English.
