Udaya is currently Global Head of alliances for Digital & Analytics. Prior to this role, he was the client partner for Cisco account. During his tenure as a client partner, he not only doubled the revenue in four years but also grew the account to become the largest engineering service partner for the company and the second largest account for HCL. Udaya has been with HCL for close to 7 years. Prior to HCL, he founded a start-up, Neutron communications, where he was VP/GM of a products division. Prior to founding Neutron, he headed product and program management at Tasman networks which was acquired by Nortel in 2005. Udaya started his career with elite AT&T Bell laboratories after his MS in electrical engineering at Florida Inst. Of technology. He has published several papers and has also been awarded a patent in his name.
