  • Support and troubleshoot incidents with accessing home and shared folders.
  • Design and Architecture for File and Print Services
  • Develop, maintain and support File & Print environment.
  • Support task includes server administration, maintaining patches, and end user support.
  • Development responsibilities include writing custom applications and scripts to automate client's File & Print services.
