HCL and JDA, in 2018, announced a collaboration to extend the value of JDA Commerce, SoftGrocer (earlier SofTechnics), and Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) solutions through modernizing the solutions’ architecture and shifting to a SaaS model. Under the terms of the partnership, HCL Technologies has joined forces with JDA on development, product support, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for JDA’s Commerce, SoftGrocer, and PRM solutions. The alliance also aims to ensure best-in-class customer experience and support.
