The JDA and HCL partnership spans ten years. HCL provides end-to-end JDA services. For over ten years, HCL has been a partner to JDA, providing end-to-end services and innovative solutions. Our strategic partnership with JDA significantly expands implementation, development and support resources for JDA customers across all geographies, in more than 40 countries. HCL has developed various accelerators and bolt-on solutions on top of JDA products, tailor-made to empower our customers. With over 350 dedicated JDA consultants, HCL has experience across multiple verticals including Retail, Consumer goods, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Transpiration & Logistics, and Life Sciences.

HCL and JDA, in 2018, announced a collaboration to extend the value of JDA Commerce, SoftGrocer (earlier SofTechnics), and Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) solutions through modernizing the solutions’ architecture and shifting to a SaaS model. Under the terms of the partnership, HCL Technologies has joined forces with JDA on development, product support, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for JDA’s Commerce, SoftGrocer, and PRM solutions. The alliance also aims to ensure best-in-class customer experience and support.
