Job description:
Desktop publishing using Windows server 2016 / Windows 10 OS. Application publishing using XenDesktop 7.15 Expertise in remote administration of large server networks. Basic understanding and hands on experience on windows server 2016 to manage Citrix infrastructure servers Managing a XenDesktop VDI Environment. Creating V-Disks from PvS servers 7.15 / Citrix App Layer 4.9. Maintaining the health of the Citrix farm and all infrastructure components in XenDesktop 7.15 farm. Hands on experience and understanding on storefront 3.12 and Citrix Director tool 7.15 Creating and maintaining Citrix policies and Citrix load balancing rules. Knowledge in Installing/Configuring Citrix XenApp Server on Microsoft Windows Server 2008. Worked on several published applications issues and having hands on experience on troubleshooting the issues. Hands on experience on troubleshooting Citrix Access gateway 11.1. Implementing group policy in AD. Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work Basic knowledge on VMware 6.0 and manage the VDI desktop environment Managing Netscaler 11 MPX and GSLB Citrix DAAS / Citrix XenApp & Xen desktop & Cloud / MCS & PVS / Hypervisor/ NetScaler /FSLogix/Wintel
- To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
