Job description:
SailPoint L3 JD
Profile Summary:
Supported / Implemented SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
Strong background in coding and development using Java.
Demonstrate strong technical skills.
Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills.
Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident.
Be a strong team player.
Must Have Technical Skills:
Total 8-10 years of experience in support of SailPoint IIQ tool
Minimum 5 years of Level 3 development/support of SailPoint
Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML.
Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
Strong Java debugging skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM Component
Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
Customer Facing Exposure is must.
- To clealry understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective technological products.
- To identify and mitigate cybersecurity gaps in the client's environment and Skill Enhancement
- To complete assigned projects and tuningortechnical enhancement activities within the agreed timelines and support in the maturation of client's security postureorcomplianceorprocesses through idea generation and value creation.
- To analyse security concerns in Change Management Process and implement tools for Cyber Security improvement.
- To investigate cybersecurity incidents, perform RCA, work and coordinate with teams for all the ongoing critical security issues.
- To enable knowledge transfer through creationor maintenance of process documents; and training for specific tools to ensure all team members are updated on the tools and processes used
- To update client and stakeholders on current project progress and ongoing critical issues
