Job description:
JD for L2 Location: Chennai & Noida (India) Should have 5+ years of experience working on the McAfee DLP suite Strong Knowledge in Data Security DLP (Zscaler Cloud DLP, Forcepoint Endpoint DLP,Proofpoint Email DLP & Microsoft Purview Web DLP) Strong Knowledge in Symantec & Crowdstrike Good knowledge on the McAfee ePO console and knowledge on data classification including McAfee DLP Manager McAfee DLP Discover McAfee DLP Monitor McAfee DLP Prevent McAfee Host DLP and network DLP appliance McAfee Device Control Understanding of DLP Solution architecture design Good understanding of DLP Policies definition, Data consolidation and DLP agent rolloutShould have hands on experience and able to perform below task independently- DLP Policy implementation, DLP package creation, DLP configuration management (permission sets, access management, rights managements, encryption management etc) DLP configuration backup Policy exception configuration as per business requirement Integration of DLP with SIEM Implement and document change, Update service document after any configuration change Perform the Root Cause Analysis Product related problem management, bug-fixes, Deploy Software/Firmware updates and Patches Coordinate with OEM for support issues Update run-book, SOP documents related to the service Provide routine reports related to the service Responsible for the daily monitoring and/or maintenance of the enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution operational experience on multiple Endpoint Security Products Analyze event/alert patterns to properly interpret and prioritize threats with available DLP tools and other data protection devices. Identify trends and drive requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing data loss prevention detection policies. Provide support to projects that enhance reporting, workflow, change/incident/problem management. Soft skills Shall have good verbal/written communication skills Should be willing to work in 24x7 environments From time to time travel opportunities may be assigned Incumbent should carry continual system improvement mindset and able to demonstrate in work. Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skill
- To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
- To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
- To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
- To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
- To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
- To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
- To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
