Job description:
EDI Maintenance JD: 5+ years of experience in EDI. Experience of EDI solutions within the Automotive Industry Experience of working with EDI-maintenance and Development Ready to work in 24X7 Fluent in English, both spoken and written Good documentation skills Able to handle unforeseen situations Be flexible and open to new assignments and challenges Be interested in working in a global environment Be well organized and methodicalTechnical Requirement: Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat), Oracle, SQL EDI/B2B, and EDI standards like EDIFACT, ANSI/X12 basics programming in Bash, Perl, Python, Java SE/EE or other languages basics of FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS knowledge of AS2, OFTP/OFTP2, IBM Websphere MQ Experience of EDI solutions within the Automotive Industry Experience in SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite or any other tool Strong problem management and analytical skills Soft Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written Good documentation skills Able to handle unforeseen situations Be flexible and open to new assignments and challenges Be interested in working in a global environment Be well organized and methodicalMain Tasks: EDI maintenance and Development for application environments Working proactively with our internal and external customers with the aim of improving quality Maintenance and support for GEBIS/EDI environment Provide 3rd level support to our customers and their partners Develop and enhance routines for operations Part of the Oncall teamQualifications: Degree in computer or systems science from a university or equivalent knowledge Fluent in English, both spoken and written Be flexible and open to new assignments and challenges Be interested in working in a global environment Be well organized and methodical Strong problem management skills Be committed to working in accordance with our core values Professionalism, Respect & Spirit It is an added merit if you also have: Experience of working with EDI-maintenance processes Experience of EDI-Integrations, communications development and communications standards Experience of EDI solutions within the Automotive Industry
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
