What is a User Experience Score/Office?
With the digital workplace landscape continuously evolving, the focus has broadened from merely enabling IT and users with avant-garde tools/technologies to now incorporating user experience. Though it seems to be a fairly simple task, but objectively quantifying UX was a challenge.
HCLTech looks at system performance, application performance, and user productivity to arrive at a data-backed User Experience Score. Proactive endpoint monitoring enables us to quantifiably measure workplace performance for visibility into true end user Experience, and that too in real time. The User Experience Office is responsible for reporting and keeping the UX score within set limits at all times. The team continuously monitors and tracks all parameters affecting users’ experience and strives to further ameliorate it.
